Technical Electronic Services
Because of the experience we have and the quality of service we carry out, our portfolio of reference clients reflects these same values in several sectors, such as Education, Hospitality, City Councils, Banks, Hospitals and private customers.
This includes the repair of equipment, involving (or not) the exchange of parts, components, adjustments, cleaning and lubrication.
This model aims to prevent malfunctions and involves cleaning, adjustments and lubrication.
It can also be done in On-Site or Workbench.
Dactec ensures the collection and delivery of the equipment free of charge when justified.
Dactec makes free budgets, except in cases where a long travel is required to make the diagnosis.
In this model, an audit is performed on the client’s equipment, Dactec starts to perform the necessary services for its correct operation, at a rate previously agreed upon and contracted with the customer. This agreement may or may not include replacement parts.
