Condominium Management
Casas do Barlavento specialise in non-resident condominiums. We can help guide you through the necessary regulations, budget controls, provide cleaning, pool & garden maintenance to ensure the condominium is maintained to the highest standard.
We cover the Western Algarve and our head office based in Lagos is open 5 days a week and we also provide a 24 hour emergency contact number.
Casas do Barlavento prides itself on delivering a good quality service with complete transparency. Our team is completely bi-lingual so that all documentation, such as the meeting minutes and Condominium regulations, are produced in English, which avoids owners having to pay additional fees for expensive translations.
